How long it takes to ship?

After you place your order, it will take me up to 24hrs to process it, once it is processed, the following will take place.

Depending on where you live it might take long or less, but for US residents:

  • USPS First Class: 4 days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Next Day

* The days mentioned above are business days. So if you place your order on a Sunday, the priority mail won’t take effect until Monday. Also, it is essential to understand that due to COVID-19, orders may take longer to arrive.

What to do if my package gets lost or hasn’t arrived yet?

Unfortunately, I don’t take responsibility if the package shows in the carrier’s database as delivered to the right address. However, if it shows as delivered to the wrong address, you can get in touch with me through the Contact Me Form, and we will move from there to get your package replaced or refunded.

If your package has delayed for more than 24hrs from the delivery time (and there is no delay alert on the tracking website), you can also get in touch with me through the Contact Me Form, and we will move from there.

If a replacement is available, I ask for patience as each one of these items are unique and handmade just for you. Unless I have all the materials needed to recreate the original product, it might take longer to get the package delivered to your door.

I apologize for any inconvenience you might encounter. I’m always trying to ensure everything will be delivered on time to everyone.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged, make sure to fill the Contact Me Form to start the return or refund process. If we determine that the fault is on my end, I will make sure to reimburse all shipping costs. For more info, go to Store Policies & Others.

How to take care of Satin?

Satin is a delicate material, because of this I make sure to include a care instructions card in every order. To maintain the shine of satin fabric protect from direct sunlight.

WASHING:

Handwashing is always the best and safest method for washing satin.

  1. Add a squirt of Delicate Wash to a washbasin or sink filled with cool water.
  2. Submerge the item and gently agitate the water with your hands to evenly distribute soap. Leave it to soak for 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse well by running cool water through the item until the water is no longer soapy.
  4. Do not wring. Instead, press the water out of the item.

DRYING & FINISHING TOUCHES

To dry, never put Satin in the dryer. Instead, leave the garment flat in its natural shape on a drying rack or hang to dry.

If wrinkles are present, use a steamer or iron on a low setting.
