Shipping:
Shipping is calculated at checkout using the live shipping rates from USPS to ensure you the lowest shipping costs. As mentioned, packages are sent through USPS.
I’ll be processing your order within 24 hours from purchase. If a delay were to occur, I will notify you through email.
Free shipping is available to US orders of $30 and above.
It is usual for USPS to get US (and its territories) orders delivered within 4* days (this is after the completion of the processing stage). For international, it might take longer as everything depends on your country’s shipping laws and processing.
*Of course, due to COVID-19 and the high demand for orders, there could be some delays.
Return/Exchange/Refunds:
You will be advice on how to proceed. Please have your order number and keep the packaging as you may be asked to return it. Also, do not return anything before contacting me. The fastest way to get in touch is through the Contact Me Form.
Once agreed, returned goods must reach me within 14 days. All items must be in good condition and with the original packaging and labels still attached. Also, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs related to the returning of the package.
Returns will be examined on receipt. If the fault lies with us, we will replace the item or refund the costs (this includes postage in both directions). If a refund is preferred, it will be made by the original method of payment.
Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be governed under the law of Pennsylvania, US. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Packaging:
As an effort to help with the environment and to reduce plastic, I’ve been slowly replacing plastic bags and tape for wrapping tissue and paper labels. Also, I will replace the plastic envelope mailer bags for compostable ones.
I’ve been making sure to make the shift to an 100% plastic-free packaging.
